Introduction
Chrome steel balls in the 50.72mm to 50.92mm group are widely used in precision ball bearings and many other industrial applications. Chrome steel balls have excellent surface quality, high hardness, and high load-bearing capacity due to hardening. The chromium steel ball also has a long life and deformation resistance.
High-quality graded hardened chromium steel ball bearings are made of chromium AISI 52100 steel. Hardening to 60-67 Rockwell scale is equivalent to 700-900 HV (Vickers scale), hardening to the entire ball. These are the same hardened steel balls used to manufacture bearing components, which have a higher responsibility and life cycle. The chromium steel ball contains high chromium and has excellent surface quality and high load-bearing capacity due to quenching.
Manufactured in accordance with the following international standards: AISI52100 / EN31 / BS534A99 / W1.3505 / BS535A99 / UNI100C6 / AFN100C6 / DIN100C6 / JIS G4805 SUJ2.
Oil-hardened steel balls are commonly used in bearing manufacturing. Has high hardness, excellent deformation and wear resistance. Vacuum degassing and uniform hardening through electric furnace.
- The chrome steel ball is made of GCr15 (AISI 52100) chrome steel.
- Uniform hardening and tempering passes through all balls to achieve maximum strength and quality.
- The hardness of the ball is controlled in the range of 60-67 HRC to measure parallel planes.
- The grade of steel balls is defined as 3-2000 (3 is the highest quality, 2000 is the lowest)
- Chrome steel balls are attracted by the magnet.
